| Jean Claude Loisant Bonjour a tous ; nouveau membre; je suis peu familiarise avec l'ergonomie de ce forum ; ma presentation a été faite mais je ne suis pas sûr qu'elle aie été publiée😞 Je réside aux Philippines depuis 2008,Marie / 3 enfants ; j'avais vu une annonce réitérée 3 fois dans un post d'Alexandra proposant des prêts personnels,immobilier etc...a 3 % et aussi investissement si bonne rentabilité. Contact : il y avait l'adresse mail ; j'aurais voulut en discuter avec ce contact mais je ne retrouve pas : il m'a semblé voir " un ancien ". Il y a beaucoup d'opportunités ici : le pays est en plein développement : nous résidons en bord de mer & rivière,une digue / route a été construite sur les 2 berges reste à finir la portion au bout de notre terrain pour la connection avec la " Costal Road "... L'embouchure de la rivière ( large et peu profonde ) fait un beau plan débouchant sur la baie de Buenavista ; le panorama est magnifique ! 👍.et résolument tourné vers le tourisme ( petit resto,cyber cafe,location de canots etc. Sur l'autre berge en face : des la digue/ route construite ,des échoppes se sont installée bord de route avec une simple declaration a la municipalité... Ceci est une des nombreuses possibilités d'investissement c'est pourquoi je recherche ce contact ( j'ai vu sur le forum un service " annonces " mais pas retrouvé gasp ! Mon post est aussi une invit à toutes personne sympa désirant discuter des Philippines ( le pays où la Vie est moins cher😉😆: ma pension est inférieur au SMIG et nous sommes en train de finir la construction en dur d'une maison 100 m2 sur 2 niveaux ...
